My mission is to share the knowledge and skills I have learned through my training and life experiences to help other people (1) manage stress and difficult emotions, (2) clarify their values and goals, and (3) live a full and purposeful life.
Many of us were not taught how to manage stress effectively, causing stress to build up and lead to problems for our emotional and physical health, career, and relationships. I believe that mindfulness practice can teach us how to manage stress, gain insight into our values, and make choices that promote happiness and well-being for ourselves and others.
